The condo rates are in Canadian dollars including taxes (GST & PST) and $2 tourism tax per night.

Reservation & Cancelation Policy :

To confirm your reservation, we request a valid credit card number and expiry date.

If no credit card is available, we request a deposit by cheque issued to Luc St-Jacques for 40% of your total stay 10 days prior to your date of arrival

Cancelation:

In the case of a cancelation, our policy guarantees a no fee cancelation when made thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date.

If your cancelation is within thirty (30) days of your arrival, 40% of your total stay will be charged only if we are unable to rent the condo for the same period it was reserved.

In the case of a cancelation within 24 hours, we have no choice but to charge the total stay.
